Seymour Environmental Services, Inc. was founded by Robyn Seymour in 1996 to provide high quality, personalized environmental services to private and public sector clients in the midwest.  Seymour has earned a reputation for conducting high quality technical work in a cost-effective and timely manner.

In 2007, the Company is launching an expansion in its offerings to include ecological services, wildlife management plans, wetlands delineation, post-construction stormwater management planning, and NEPA/WEPA support. The firm is based in McFarland, Wisconsin.

Ms. Seymour has over 18 years of experience in the environmental field.  She has successfully managed the investigation and remediation of many contaminated sites from initial site assessment to site closure.  Her projects have included UST sites, dry cleaners and manufacturing facilities.  She is thoroughly familiar with both the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources requirements and the Department of Commerce requirements for conducting environmental work under the PECFA program.

Mr. Fryman has over 20 years of experience in the management of environmental projects including underground storage tank sites, manufacturing facilities, residential and commercial properties for both public sector clients such as the DOD, EPA, WDNR, and private sector clients such as banks, dry cleaners, gasoline stations, and utility companies.  His responsibilities include project management, quality assurance review, scheduling, and budgeting.  His capabilities include soil and groundwater investigations, groundwater and surface water modeling, remediation alternatives analysis and design, and the development of site-specific cleanup standards under NR 720.

Ms. Brandabur joined Seymour in 1997.  She has over 16 years of experience with environmental work including remedial project management, hydrogeologic tests and modeling, environmental compliance, remedial site investigation and technical oversight. She recently completed an assignment at the Badger Army Ammunition Plant working on remedial investigation efforts, soil remediation and groundwater investigations.  At Badger she managed the Environmental Services Department, managed a staff of 20 with budget of $6 M/year program to provide compliance support to Army and investigate and remediate contaminated property in preparation for transfer to new owners.  Her capabilities include contract cost and schedule reporting to Army, preparation of remedial action plans and reports, negotiating cleanup standard with regulatory agencies.

Mr. Seymour has over 20 years of experience working as both a chemical and mechanical engineer.  Some of his work has included the design of one of the largest municipal wastewater treatment systems to date.  He also has experience with the design and implementation of various engineered remediation systems.
